– *Add $100 and 30 minute shoot time for every additional 1000SF of interior square footage greater than 2000 SF. Ie. 3-4000 SF = $500 and 2.5 hour shoot time
– Add $50 2D floor plan w/ measurements
– Limitations: Does not work in direct sunlight. Difficult to shoot properties with separate, multiple units. May require separate visit in the evening for a small additional charge
– Tours are good for 1 year and then are deleted
